Not at all. We welcome every body, every level. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned mover, this class blends gentle poses, playful pups, and a relaxed pace so everyone can enjoy.

No—this isn’t a puppy adoption or sale event. Our goal is connection, movement, and socialization. While the puppies get to play and meet new humans, we are not facilitating adoptions during class.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all dogs and people, personal pups can’t join the class. We select and prepare a group of puppies ahead of time in spaces designed just for them and the experience.

We work with ethical breeders and trusted local shelters that prioritize early positive socialization. Each puppy is cared for with attention to their comfort, readiness, and well-being before entering a class.

We have had multiple people reach out to us about why we are not helping dogs from shelters. We would like to clarify that we have reached out to multiple shelters and have successfully partnered with FlyWithMe Animal Rescue & Oops puppies for when they have rescue puppies available. Most of the shelters here in Nova Scotia don't have puppies available (which is a GREAT thing- we don't need puppies in shelters), if some of them do, they travel from different provinces which might be too stressful for the pups and they already are placed in foster homes prior to entering here. However, we try our best to accommodate when it works for both us and the rescue organization we are still open to working with rescues and help dogs find homes and help in any way we can.
