Cancellation Policy:

• Participant Cancellations: To provide the best puppy yoga experience, our tickets are non-refundable. However, if you wish to do a name change, let us know 48 hours before the event is scheduled. 

• Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes for reasons including but not limited to instructor unavailability or insufficient bookings. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative class session.

Liability Waiver

• Assumption of Risk: Participation in Halifax Puppy Yoga classes involves physical activity and interaction with animals. By booking a class, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with such activities.

• Health Conditions: It is your responsibility to ensure you are in good health and able to safely participate in our classes. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult with a healthcare provider before booking.

Code of  Conduct 

• We aim to create a positive, safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Disrespectful, disruptive or loud behavior will not be tolerated during our sessions or on our premises. 

• We reserve the right to ask anyone exhibition inappropriate behavior to leave the session without a refund. 

• By booking a session, you agree to treat our staff, animals and other attendees with respect and courtesy. 

​Puppy Safety​

• Our puppies safety is main priority for us. Please make sure you adhere to all rules in class like safe handling puppies and being gentle with them.

• Rough handling, chasing or any type of action that causes distress to the pups is strictly prohibited. 

• We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the session, without a refund, if their behavior is harmful or unsafe for the pups.  

Children and Guardianship Policy 

• All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the session.

• By purchasing a ticket for a participant under 18, you confirm that you are their parent/guardian and have full responsibility of them during the event. 

• Tickets must be purchased for both the child and the accompanying adult.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry if a child under 18 arrives without an adult, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
